Just stopped by to look at the trucks. Garrett Lanz spent some time showing my wife and I trucks with features we were looking for. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. Well, I ended up buying a super duty truck before I left. Zachary Lanz, took my trade in and checked it out. We were having a problem getting the financing to buy the truck. He stuck with it and got us taken care of. I really enjoyed the whole interaction and was able to get a truck that we needed. There was no pressure, which made the buying process great for us. I definitely will send friends that way.

Our experience with Skyline Ford was pleasant from start to finish. I contacted them through their website about a specific vehicle that Ford showed was on transit to the dealership. Colby, reached out right away with next steps to secure the vehicle. The whole process was definitely one of the easiest we have experienced with a car dealership. Colby was professional and prompt when responding to my questions. The only negative is that another Ford dealership provided all the bags for the Bronco doors and hard top. We aren't sure if it this was an oversite by the dealership or if the other dealership was simply providing more. When I asked our salesperson about them, he gave us 1 bag and said "I think that is what you need". That is enough for 1 panel or 1 door I reached out to Ford directly and they were not able to confirm if my VIN included bags or not. It's a shame to now have to spend the money on them when one dealership would have included them.

I had a great experience overall. We were able to work out a deal without any pressure or back and forth shenanigans. Alex, the salesperson I worked with, was nice, clear, and very informative. Everyone I encountered throughout the entire process was friendly and helpful. I am loving the Ford Lightning.

I'm so impressed with the service we got at Skyline Ford this past Friday! These guys have to see and hear it all! Husband and wife yelling at each other right in front of them! Lol I can confirm they are professional and honest from start to finish. Literally we got lost on the way and Andrew guided us there! They really respect your schedule, highly appreciated. Colby the salesperson was great to work with. He was patient with my indecisions for the past 6 months and never pushed me into a deal. When i finally pulled the trigger, I wanted to add some accessories in the deal, and they were accommodating to do that. I love my new truck and will be going back to Skyline for next vehicle.
